DNEVNI PROGRAM 07.09. – 10.09.
Manifestacija je otvorena za javnost svaki dan od 10 do 23 sata. Svi programi su besplatni i za njih nije potrebna posebna prijava. U slučaju gužve programi će se ponoviti ako za to bude mogućnosti.

• RAZGLED SMOKVIKA 10:00, 12:00, 16:00 •
Polusatna šetnja kroz smokvik s upoznavanjem glavnih značajki 58 sorti.

• UPOZNAJTE SMOKVU 17:00 – 17:45 •
Predavanje o smokvi, sortama i načinu uzgoja, mogućnost savjetovanja za zainteresirane poljoprivrednike.

• SMOKVA U GASTRONOMIJI 18:00 – 18:30 •
Prezentacija mogućnosti korištenja smokve u hrani i piću.

• DEGUSTACIJE •
3 slijeda hrane sa smokvama uparena uz istarska vina – dostupno kroz čitav dan.

POJEDINAČNI PROGRAMI

• SMOKVIN LIST U KERAMICI – 09.09. – 18:00 – 19:30 •
Radionica izrade keramike dekorirane smokvinim lišćem. Polaznici će moći preuzeti svoje završno obrađene radove 11.09. od 10 sati.

• SMOKVA U GINU – 10.09. – 18:00 – 18:30 •
Prezentacija Monachus craft gina iz Premanture.

• COCKTAIL PARTY – 10.09. – 18:00 – 22:00 •
Kokteli na bazi smokve i glazbeni DJ program.

DAILY PROGRAM 07th – 10th of September
The event is open to public every day from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. All programs are free unless stated in the schedule and no registration is required for them. In case of big interest, the programs will be repeated if possible.

• FIG COLLECTION ORCHARD VISIT 10:00, 12:00, 16:00 •
An half-hour walk through the fig orchard with an introduction to the main features of 58 varieties

• MEET THE FIG 17:00 – 17:45 •
Lecture on figs, its varieties and methods of cultivation; possibility of consulting for interested farmers

• FIG IN GASTRONOMY 18:00 – 18:30 •
Presentation of the possibilities of using figs in gastronomy

• TASTING •
3 food courses with figs paired with Istrian wines – available throughout the day

INDIVIDUAL PROGRAMS

• FIG LEAF IN CERAMICS – September 9th – 18:00 – 19:30 •
Workshop of making ceramics decorated with fig leaves. Participants will be able to pick up their final processed works on September 11th from 10 a.m.

• FIG IN GIN – September 10th – 18:00 – 18:30 •
Presentation of Monachus craft gin from Premantura

• COCKTAIL PARTY – September 10th – 18:00 – 22:00 •
Fig-based cocktails and music DJ program
